I wanted to take the time to let you know just how happy we are to have Sharon Rackley as our commercial insurance agent for our businesses. It seems that most of the time you only hear the complaints of our customers and I just felt compelled to write to explain what a wonderful, professional, and ethical employee you have with Sharon. Wow, a breathtaking experience to have an agent who actually cares even if your account isn’t the biggest on the books.

Sharon gave us personal service an we feel that she went above and beyond her job to help us with new insurance and with the ongoing issues with our prior agent in Wilmington. She made the transition an easy one and helped with all the bumps and punches we took from our previous carriers.
